JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a dedicated and meticulous employee for the personal assistance unit in Mönsterås Municipality.

The position involves awake night shifts and consists of helping and supporting the user in their daily life in their private home. As a personal assistant, you have the opportunity to get to know a person and together make each day meaningful and unique. Interaction with the user is therefore central to your work, and communication is your primary working tool. In your job, you may have contact with relatives, the region, and other stakeholders.

We are careful to quality assure the services we provide in various ways, and documentation is therefore an important part of our work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have qualifications equivalent to a nursing assistant or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience from work in the field and handling medical technical equipment is an advantage.

As a person, you need to be meticulous, flexible, and have an easy time communicating. We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a personal assistant or in a similar role. It is important that you have a professional attitude and a good approach. You are interested, engaged, and have the ability to meet the user's needs, conditions, and wishes.

Since communication and documentation are important parts of your work, you should master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

We are looking for an immediate personal assistant who wants to work awake night shifts with a younger girl. We prefer that you, as an applicant, are responsible and meticulous while also having a twinkle in your eye, keeping the childlike spirit alive. A driver's license is an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. In some cases, we apply a probationary period, and an extract from the criminal record will be requested.
