We are looking for someone who wants to feel needed and provide stimulation to a woman in a wheelchair.

As an assistant, it is important for you to support and be the extended arm of the customer by providing her with the necessary help and support. The customer's interests include calm activities such as taking care of the home and reading newspapers.

We are looking for an assistant who meets the following criteria:

• Motivating and at the same time can maintain a balance to not be too intrusive.
• You should be a woman with personal maturity and the ability to be empathetic.
• Responsibility and openness to learn new things and adapt to the customer's needs and routines are also important qualities.
• Humility and the ability to be the customer's extended arm are of great significance.
• You should show respect for working in someone else's home and be adaptable.
• You should be open to understanding the job's meaning and act in accordance with the instructions given during the introduction days.
• An interest in helping the customer is more important than previous experience.
• The ability to see the whole picture.

WORKING HOURS AND DEGREE:

75-80% fixed schedule during the day, evening, and weekend as long as the assistance assignment lasts.

WHAT YOU ARE OFFERED:

Fixed base salary per hour + additional compensation. Collective agreement exists.

Employment with fair conditions. Of course, you will receive an introduction and get a feel for the job before you start working.

Being employed at Evanda Assistans AB means security through the collective agreement Almega - Industry G, market-based salary, pension, insurance coverage, and fair vacation conditions.

All employees have the opportunity to utilize a wellness allowance of up to 4000 SEK.
