Lindblomskolan is a F-6 school with after-school care, centrally located in Hultsfred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an outdoor educator, you will be part of a team where you have close collaboration regarding students and teaching. You work preventively with value-based issues and with a focus on relationship building. You work preventively and promote, stop and follow up on conflicts and incidents between students, and support students in their relationship building. The work includes documentation, conversations, and follow-ups with students and guardians.

You see the outdoor environment as an extended learning environment to the classroom where your mission is to support students during breaks. Based on cooperative learning, language, and knowledge development work, you plan and organize break activities and plan and carry out activities for the entire school.

It is important that you have a student-democratic working method and that you find it easy to collaborate on planning and implementing daily activities. We expect you to be development-oriented and active in the school's work team and in the school's joint development. In your role, you will be part of the school's safety team. Time in after-school care may be included.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as an outdoor educator, we want you to have an education as a social educator, teacher in after-school care, leisure leader, integration educator, or equivalent that the employer can assess as equivalent.

In your leadership, you start from creating good relationships with both children/students and colleagues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
