About the Position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a personal assistant for our client in Högsby.

The working hours vary as follows, and between 07:30 and 21:10, the client requires double assistance:

• 07:30 - 15:45
• 08:10 - 16:00
• 15:45 - 20:45
• 16:00 - 21:10
• 21:00 - 07:40 (awake night)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the Client

The client is a man in his 50s living in Högsby, about 30 minutes outside Oskarshamn. He frequently engages in activities and enjoys going to the gym a lot. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has an acquired brain injury due to an accident.

The tasks include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, medication, and meals
• Transfers (lifting, manual wheelchair, electric wheelchair, shower chair available)

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as personal suitability is of great importance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Driver's license (the client has his own car driven by assistants)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Employment Level: On-call as needed.

Start Date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
