Requirements and expectations:

In your role as habilitation staff, you will provide support and service to the users based on Lansen Omsorg's quality management system.

You share and follow Lansen Omsorg's vision and values.

You are aware of the user's physical, psychological, and mental needs and conditions.

You are aware of the user's goals and meaning in life, interests, and joys.

You understand, accept, and follow the implementation plan for the individual user.

You participate in cooking, cleaning, and providing support with hygiene if needed.

You support the user in pursuing their leisure interests.

You ensure participation and influence for the user.

You participate in collaboration, information, and/or follow-up of interventions, pedagogy, and methodology.

You are familiar with and follow legal requirements and regulations as well as the company's guidelines and policies.

Skills:

You are a warm and caring person with a genuine interest in working with individuals with disabilities. As a person, you are secure and stable and understand the importance of a unified approach based on the individual's specific needs, interests, and wishes. You are empathetic and collaborate well with various partners. You have the ability to reflect on your own work and seek feedback to continuously develop your approach. You communicate well in both speech and writing and appreciate order and structure.

Main responsibilities:

Based on the individual's needs and interests, provide pedagogical support and service that contributes to giving each user a meaningful, enjoyable, interesting, developing, and independent life according to Lansen Omsorg's quality management system.

It is advantageous to have:

Experience working with individuals with disabilities and autism.

Knowledge of and experience with low-arousal approaches, structured pedagogy (TEACCH), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
