We are looking for a cold kitchen chef for Frimis Krog for the summer season 2023. Your main responsibility will be to prepare starters and desserts for our guests as well as for weddings and events.

Full-time from week 26-32, salary according to agreement. Accommodation can be arranged.

Frimis Krog is a summer restaurant in the heart of Visby’s old town. Here, we serve whole roasted Gotland lamb every evening, along with a solid à la carte menu based on local Gotland produce and ingredients. Classic cooking at a high level with a focus on our guests. We also work a lot with weddings, events, and medieval themes, which means a great variety in tasks.

We are looking for someone who is interested in genuine cooking with local ingredients and who is passionate about providing guests with the experience you would want for yourself. You have experience in cooking from scratch, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and understand that there are no shortcuts when it comes to the quality of ingredients and the love in the cooking process.
