Frimis Krog is a summer restaurant in the heart of Visby’s old town. Here we serve whole grilled Gotland lamb every evening, as well as a solid à la carte menu based on Gotland's seasonal produce and ingredients. We also work quite a bit with weddings, events, and medieval themes in all their forms.

Frimis Krog is looking for a chef during weeks 26-33, with primary working hours in the afternoon/evening. Accommodation is available. Salary according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who is interested in genuine cooking with local ingredients and understands that there are no shortcuts when it comes to the quality of ingredients and the love in the cooking process. You have experience cooking from scratch and enjoy a fast-paced environment. At Frimis Krog, we serve Gotland lamb grilled over an open fire, but we also have a Gotland summer menu based on local produce and Swedish ingredients. Your job will be to complement our lamb chef with those dishes. We also work a lot with events and large weddings, so the cooking is very varied, but we always focus on high-quality ingredients.
