Bistro Borgen is a pub and restaurant offering pizza and à la carte. We have musical entertainment with karaoke on weekends, as well as billiards, games, pinball, and shuffleboard. The restaurant is located just inside Österport in Visby, and we serve a street food-inspired menu complemented by pizza.

For the summer season (July 1 - August 10), we are looking for a chef who can also support our pizza chef to strengthen our staff. Experience from similar work is required.

The position includes evening shifts and weekends. The tasks consist of work in the restaurant and pizza kitchen, as well as general kitchen duties. Salary according to agreement. Accommodation can be arranged.

Matmuren is located in Visby and has been working with Food & Entertainment since 1991. We operate three restaurants: Bistro Borgen, Frimis Krog, and Bistra Harens Medeltidskrog. In addition, we run a large catering and event department serving guests all over Gotland.
