We are looking for runners for summer jobs that can lead to a permanent position.

Your job consists of working in the dining area with dish collection and similar tasks. You will also support our bartenders and keep the dining area tidy. No prior experience is required, and this job is well-suited for those who want to learn more in order to start serving or working at the bar.

The work is mainly in the evenings.

If you can handle stress while also maintaining focus and keeping yourself occupied during quiet weekday evenings, you will be a great fit for this position. Bistro Borgen is a popular bistro pub located just inside Österport in Visby’s city center. We serve homemade food including burgers, fried chicken, excellent pizzas, vegetarian options, and more. Here you can play billiards, shuffleboard, and many other games. On weekends, we have a music bar and karaoke.

Matmuren AB is an operating company in Gotland that runs two restaurants and a comprehensive event business, both in our own venues and throughout Gotland. The business operates year-round with a strong focus on the summer season. Bistro Borgen offers lunches, pizzas, and street food, Frimis Krog hosts wedding parties and lamb grilling, and Bistra Harens medieval tavern features historical menus, creating creative and varied challenges in daily work.
