Right by the beach on the western side of Gotland, in the shadow of the hundred-year-old pine trees, lies Surflogiet. A small paradise rooted in surf culture, with a big heart for the lifestyle and how we take care of the earth we live on.

The operation consists of 28 beds spread over 11 tents, event tents for groups and conferences, wellness tents for yoga and massage, a restaurant with a beach bar, kitchen, and activity facility. Surflogiet is open every day from June to August. The kitchen is open from 11:30 until late, serving lunch and dinner. From the end of May through August, we also accept group bookings for conferences, weddings, or parties.

About the position

As a barback/dishwasher or runner, you play an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently. You help keep the kitchen clean and organized by ensuring that all dishes and utensils are washed and stored correctly, support the bar team by keeping supplies stocked and ready, and assist the servers by delivering food and drinks to the tables in a quick and organized manner. The barback and dishwashing role is combined. The runner is a separate position. However, we always help each other out!

Previous experience is not a requirement, but it is a plus for roles such as dishwasher and barback. Flexibility and good communication skills are important, as you will collaborate with different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
