Right by the beach on the western side of Gotland, in the shade of the hundred-year-old maritime pines, lies Surflogiet. A little paradise rooted in surf culture, with a big heart for the lifestyle and how we take care of the earth we live on.

The establishment consists of 26 beds distributed across 11 tents, 1 event tent for groups and conferences, 1 bar (full rights), 1 café, 1 drinks bar, 1 kitchen, and 1 activities department. Surflogiet serves breakfast from 8-10 and food from 11:00 until late.

At Surflogiet, our colleagues come together every day to create and serve exquisite and sustainable drinks and dishes. Since we have a strong focus on sustainability, you will work in an environment where we use local and organic ingredients, our own tap water, recycle, and are plastic-free in favor of a sustainable society.

You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and knowledge to the bar menu. We love collaborating with the kitchen, so be prepared to be creative!

You are a social and confident personality who ensures a high standard at the bar while being structured and focused on guest satisfaction.

Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages in general. Resilient under stress and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, both individually and in a team.
