We at Attendo are looking for substitute staff for our elderly care home Regementsgatan in Visby on Gotland. Regementsgatan is a newly built elderly care home with 58 places and focuses on Culture & Leisure, reflecting the activity offerings available and connecting to the rich cultural life in Visby.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute to various activities that brighten our customers' everyday lives.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in care work in elderly care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer experience

Meritorious:

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• Experience in care work in elderly care

• Experience of delegation.
