Do you want a summer job in Gotland in the summer of 2025?

Bistro Borgen is located just inside Österport in Visby city center. We serve food made from scratch, including burgers, quesadillas, excellent pizzas, vegetarian options, and more. Here you can play billiards, shuffleboard, and more. Wednesday to Saturday, there is great music and karaoke until late.

We are looking for someone who is energetic and social and enjoys working evenings. It is important that you thrive in a social job where you provide good service and show care for our guests. The job includes managing the bar and supporting the serving staff with their drink orders.

The work is mainly in the evenings, and you must be at least 18 years old. A definite merit is if you have completed a responsible alcohol service course. Period 25/6-13/8. Salary according to agreement, accommodation can be arranged.

Matmuren AB is an operating company in Gotland that runs two restaurants and a comprehensive event business, both in our own venues and across Gotland. The business operates year-round, with a strong focus on the summer season. Bistro Borgen offers lunches, pizza, and street food, Frimis Krog hosts wedding parties and lamb grilling, and Bistra Harens medieval tavern features historical menus, creating creative and varied challenges in daily work.
