Right by the beach on the western side of Gotland, in the shade of the hundred-year-old pines, lies Surflogiet. A small paradise rooted in surf culture, with a big heart for the lifestyle and how we take care of the earth we live on.

The operation consists of 28 beds distributed across 11 tents, 1 event tent for groups and conferences, 1 beach bar with a restaurant, 1 kitchen, and 1 activity department.

Waiter/Waitress

You are the person who takes care of our guests in our restaurant, you are quick to smile and meet our guests as your true self. You enjoy storytelling, people, and service. You are comfortable making recommendations to guests and understand that going the extra mile leads to happier guests.

You enjoy providing excellent service and creating memorable moments for your guests.

As serving staff at Surflogiet, you have a clear task to take care of and provide first-class service to your guests. You know what’s on the menu, ensure everyone has drinks, and keep your area tidy, cleared, and filled with satisfied guests. You take the time to easily engage in conversation with people.

You have a developed sense of service, are flexible, and ensure that the operation delivers first-class service in a personal way.

We are looking for someone who is a social butterfly, confident, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, always putting the guest experience first while working as part of a close-knit team. With good knowledge of food and drink, you confidently share your expertise with guests.

Fluent Swedish and English are important, and your drive and focus on results will help you succeed in this role.
