Frimis Krog is a summer restaurant located in the heart of Visby, next to the S:t Nicolai ruins. Here we serve whole roasted Gotland lamb and seasonal vegetables every evening in the beautiful garden. Frimis also has a Medieval Cellar where we serve Medieval Feasts, and during Medieval Week, Frimis is one of the largest meeting places.

We are looking for someone who can support the serving staff and chefs in their work by handling dishes, replenishing buffets, and more.

For all our dishes, we serve a large side buffet, and your job will be to ensure that our buffet is fresh and replenished, as well as to ensure that our guests have the pleasant evening they expect. The work also involves dishwashing and some clearing of tables.

Work is from mid-June to mid-August, and if you are interested, there may be extra work beyond that.

We can offer part-time work. Matmuren always pays a salary according to agreement.

Matmuren is located in Visby and has been working with Food & Entertainment since 1991. We operate three restaurants: Bistro Borgen, Frimis Krog, Bistra Harens Medeltidskrog, as well as a large catering and event department.
