About the Hotel

Scandic Visby is located in the best starting point to explore the medieval city or take a drive out to the countryside. A lovely hotel with a resort feel, where the rooms are divided into different buildings. Our restaurant is open year-round serving breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening, with menus adapted to the season. During the summer, we open our lovely outdoor terrace with a pool, and for those who want to swim all year round, we offer the warm jacuzzi under the open sky.

What does the role of Dishwasher entail?

Your main role is to work in the dishwashing area during breakfast service, ensuring that the dishes and cleanliness flow smoothly during our breakfast shifts and that there is always clean tableware available for our guests. Together with the rest of the breakfast team, you ensure that our breakfast guests receive service, a friendly welcome, and a fantastic breakfast experience! The role may also involve tasks related to breakfast, such as simple cooking, preparation, fetching, and keeping order in the kitchen and common areas. Shifts at other times may also occur.

Who are you?

To fit into the role, we prefer that you have experience in similar work. It is important to be able to work efficiently and systematically. However, your personal qualities and attitude are most important. To fit into the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. It is a plus if you have some form of Hotel and Restaurant education.

Information about the position:

The position is a seasonal employment and can be between 15-25 hours per week. It may suit those who want to work fewer hours and mainly in the mornings. We are open every day, so you should be able to work both weekdays and weekends.
