Work on your own terms with a higher salary!

There are two different ways to work when you are employed as a teacher with us. The first option allows you to completely control your own working hours by registering your availability in our app on the days you want to work. Through this, you can be booked for various daily assignments at different schools on different days. This gives you a unique opportunity to try working at different workplaces through us before you choose where you feel most comfortable. It is also perfectly possible to combine this option with, for example, studies or other jobs when you primarily want to work extra for a higher salary at times that suit you.

The second option involves expressing interest to us for a longer assignment, such as a year-long or term assignment. We receive many requests continuously that vary in both working hours and assignment duration. With these two different options for working with us, you will always get an assignment that suits you - regardless of how you prefer to work. It is also perfectly fine to alternate between which of the two options you prefer. Many who work with us choose, for example, to work on a full-time schedule for certain parts of the year and work less during other parts. With us, you have the freedom to choose and a greater opportunity to prioritize your personal life during the periods that matter most to you - we are attentive as an employer and do everything we can to ensure our employees thrive with us over the long term!
