We are now looking for support staff to our team in Uddevalla. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference!  About the operations  In Uddevalla, we have three children's homes, two located in Lane and one centrally located in Uddevalla.     

About the role In the role of support staff, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.   

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in care and nursing or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.  

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our clients' best interests in mind in everything you do.
