We are now looking for you.... who wants to work as a customer service representative at Europcar in Södertälje. Here you will be an important point of contact for customers throughout their journey.  You will work in a varied role where service, administration, and sales go hand in hand. In your interactions with private customers, corporate clients, partners, and international colleagues, you will handle bookings and price inquiries for rental cars and additional products both in Sweden and abroad. 

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media and actively contribute to upselling products and services. The role also involves resolving customer issues of various kinds, from simple questions to complaints, damage reports, and insurance matters.

Who are you? You are driven by providing the best possible service. You are communicative, engaged, and see opportunities for upselling. You are structured and meticulous but also flexible when the situation demands it, and you spread energy to both customers and colleagues. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Passed background check

It is a plus if you have experience in phone-based work, customer service, and/or sales. Familiarity with booking and CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Or previous experience in the travel or automotive industry. We offer
