Do you want to help create sustainable steel construction solutions? At LGL Construction, you will have a broad and responsible role in a close-knit team, where you will be involved in projects from idea to finished construction.

About the Role In the role of Calculation Engineer, you will be involved in the entire development process for our steel construction projects, from the initial concept to finished construction. You will be responsible for performing sizing, strength calculations, and preparing documentation for our designers that meet both the client's specific needs, the company's quality requirements, and industry standards. You will work closely with sales, designers, production, and assembly, where together you will identify, develop, and create optimal solutions for our customers.

As an important part of the team, you actively contribute to improving our work processes, drive development projects, and help increase the sustainability of our products. The location is Smålandsstenar.

Your Profile We believe you have an engineering degree in construction, technology, or a similar field and have several years of experience as a calculation engineer or designer. Experience in steel construction is a significant advantage, as are skills in various calculation programs such as FEM-design, Idea Statica, and Frame Analysis. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
