We are looking for several educators/teachers for the YH education Technician - heat, water, circularity.

All courses are conducted remotely, allowing you to work from anywhere in Sweden or abroad. Occasional meetings may be planned for the more practical courses.

Teaching takes place during the time the course is offered in the program's long-term schedule. There is flexibility in scheduling, allowing for significant adaptation to your other assignments.

Job Description

We are looking for several engaged and knowledgeable educators/teachers who want to help educate the next generation of technicians within our vocational education.

• Mathematics for technicians in heat, water, and circularity 20 Yhp
• Electrical engineering for technicians 25 Yhp
• District heating systems and district heating technology 25 Yhp
• Control and regulation technology 25 Yhp
• Work environment, safety, and IT security 10 Yhp
• Sustainable systems: heat, water, circularity 25 Yhp
• Mechanical engineering and pumps 20 Yhp
• Process technology 25 Yhp
• Service and maintenance for technicians 25 Yhp
• Water production, wastewater treatment, and microbiology 25 Yhp
• Facility and process knowledge in water and sewage 25 Yhp

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant university, vocational education, or equivalent experience.
• Preferably experience working as a technician or equivalent.
• Experience in conducting education within the industry, preferably in adult or vocational education and remotely via Teams.
• Knowledge of learning and pedagogy, good leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High digital competence.

Meritorious

• Previous experience in teaching within vocational education.
• Previous experience in teaching within the industry.
• Pedagogical education or courses.
• A broad network within the industry.

About the position:

Fixed-term employment or hourly employment depending on the courses you can teach. The schedule can be arranged in advance and in consultation with you.

About the recruitment process:
