JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In Undersåker, there are preschools Taffelbäcken and Fjällbacken, and in Järpen, there are preschools Lillvallen and Skansen. Currently, we are recruiting for Fjällbacken and Skansen. Here we can offer you a varied and developing job together with children and colleagues where the main task is to create a preschool that provides children with opportunities and conditions to learn together in a creative environment. You will be part of a staff group consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, systematically documenting, and developing the educational work based on the preschool's curriculum. We want the preschool to be a place that both children and adults long for! We value that you have clear and secure self-leadership and take the lead in guiding education and teaching in the children's group together with your colleagues throughout the day. We offer you a stimulating and developing job with and for the children. Furthermore, you have individual and joint time for systematic quality work.

Your tasks also include actively participating in workplace meetings, area meetings, and meetings with guardians.

Fjällbacken is part of the National Agency for Education's initiative, Collaboration for the Best School. There, you will be an important person in developing the preschool's systematic quality work, structure, and organization!

It is an advantage if you can speak Sami.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a licensed preschool teacher or have applied for a license as a preschool teacher.

As a person, you are structured and work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what has been started, and meet deadlines. Furthermore, you are relationship-building and actively take the initiative in social contexts, step forward, and find it easy to create new relationships. You are collaborative and adapt and find win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal. You stay up to date in your profession and area of expertise, monitor the environment, and spot trends.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work in both teaching children and in the written systematic quality work as well as in contact with guardians. We want you to have good digital skills to carry out digital notes in our programs Unikum and within Microsoft Office and to be able to document in images and text for our systematic quality work.

A valid extract from the criminal record must be presented before employment is established.
