Your main responsibilities are:

• To ensure that the restaurant meets the goals set internally. Transform the overall goals into action plans tailored for your unit.
• To actively work towards achieving and communicating ChopChop's guiding principles: Good, fast, and easy!
• To ensure and work on: staff planning and scheduling, service and reception, sales and local marketing, as well as service/repair and maintenance.
• To actively work with monitoring the restaurant's routines, performing checks to maintain good and correct standards.
• To lead and work with your team in operations.

We are looking for you:

• You are results-driven and can quickly and easily deliver measurable and visible results
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in staff management, preferably but not necessarily in the restaurant industry.
• You are positive
• You have the ability to inspire and support your employees and can motivate them to sell and provide good customer service.
• You are systematic, structured, and have a clear overview.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or service industry is a requirement!
