Foundry Worker Wanted for Heavy Industry

About the Position

As a foundry worker, you will work with casting, cleaning, melting, grinding, and quality control. Together with your shift team, you will manage the operations in the foundry, where the working hours during training are on a 2-shift basis, and then you should be able to work on all shifts including night shifts. As a person, you are curious, stress-resistant, and have a safety mindset. You should be willing to learn and have the desire to constantly develop in the company's processes.

In your role as a foundry worker, your main tasks will include:

Process monitoring
Quality control
Casting

The position as a foundry worker is a consulting assignment with immediate start.

About You

We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a foundry worker or in heavy industry or has relevant education. Since you will be working in a team, it is important that you have a high level of collaboration skills, and that you are fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form. Another requirement is a B driver's license. Furthermore, we see that you have a focus on safety and a technical interest.

Important for the position is:

Safety mindset
Experience in process monitoring and control systems
Collaboration skills

If you have a forklift license and overhead crane certification, it is an advantage but not a requirement. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
