HAGAB is a values-driven company and an offensive player in the ventilation industry. Thanks to a number of innovative products that prevent the spread of smoke gases in ventilation systems, HAGAB is a respected brand. The company started as a ventilation and contract manufacturer in the mid-1980s – the ambition to develop its own products has been present from the beginning. Close collaborations with relevant partners – consultants, fire protection experts, installers, etc. – have resulted in innovative products with good demand. Equally sought after is our accumulated knowledge of fire protection in building ventilation systems. All development and manufacturing take place at the facility in Taberg, south of Jönköping. Focus in Your Role

As a Project Manager at HAGAB, you will work with great freedom, which requires both strong drive and responsibility. Your focus areas in the role will be:

• Drive development projects regarding new products, as well as some updates of existing products.
• Participate in the entire product development process regarding; competitive analyses, concept selection, verification, production, and documentation.
• Participate in internal and external projects related to our entire product development process, including competitive analyses, cost savings, and product communication.
• Be responsible for the timeline, keep track of costs, and ensure that technical specifications are met in the projects you lead.
• Help develop processes and routines to create the most efficient working methods possible.
• Close collaboration with production, sales, and marketing, as well as contact with external parties in the industry.

If we may wish, you have:

• Higher vocational education with a technical focus, or an engineering degree with relevant specialization.
• Several years of work experience (1–3 years) in construction, product development, or technical project management.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Preferably also experience in the ventilation industry, fire protection, or testing, or another technical field.

You are good at making contact with new people and find it easy to collaborate – you are a team player who enjoys succeeding together with others! Juggling many tasks is something you thrive on, and you strive to gather information in a structured way. Your curiosity to take on new challenges drives you forward, and your ability to think in different ways goes hand in hand with your creativity. In a changing environment, you are flexible and find other ways to drive the project to completion.
