Are you service-minded and interested in learning new things? We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to start or continue their career as a Support Technician. We offer support, secure employment, and a wonderful team. We hope you are willing to learn and are service-oriented. 

The offices are located in Liljeholmen with good communication options. Once on-site, you will receive an introductory training and become part of a large team. Your work as a support technician will involve answering calls and assisting colleagues with IT issues, such as software/hardware, permissions, and more. As you learn more, you will be assigned more responsibilities in accordance with the helpdesk's development plan.

In addition, we offer permanent employment with a collective agreement, fixed salary, and good conditions. We are close at hand to answer your questions, support you, and ensure you feel comfortable.

We prefer that you have worked with the phone as a tool, perhaps in customer service, telemarketing, or reception. If you have experience in problem-solving/troubleshooting, that is of interest. You may have attended an IT or technical high school, but what matters more is that you enjoy talking to and helping people.

• Experience in Reception, Telemarketing, Support, Customer Service, or any role involving customer contact via phone, chat, or email.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to work both between 7-16 and 8-17 (8 hours/shift)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is important to have a mindset of wanting to learn and enjoying problem-solving, as a large part of your job will involve this. You should also enjoy talking to people via phone, chat, and email. You thrive with colleagues around you but can also work independently.
