To our IT Governance, Risk & Compliance team, we are now looking for an IT GRC Officer who can take responsibility for and further develop our work within IT Risk and IT Compliance. The position is a probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment on a full-time basis.

Do you want to grow with us? As an IT GRC Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with developing and varied tasks. You will develop, manage, and follow up on the IT GRC framework, processes, and policies, while identifying, analyzing, and monitoring IT and information security risks and proposing risk-reducing measures.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards such as DORA, GDPR, COBIT, and ISO 27001, and you will plan and conduct risk analyses, controls, and internal audits.

You will support the business during internal and external audits, follow up on deviations, controls, and improvement measures, and collaborate internationally, especially with our colleagues at the headquarters in Germany.

• A university degree in IT, information security, risk, law, or similar
• Experience working with IT Risk or IT Compliance
• Good understanding of IT environments, processes, and internal controls
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

It is also an advantage if you have experience from regulated activities, such as finance, industry, or the public sector, as well as experience working in international organizations.

As an IT GRC Officer, you need to be a structured and analytical person with high integrity. You are communicative and enjoy working in teams as well as in international collaborations. You have the ability to translate regulatory requirements and risk assessments into practical, operational solutions that create clarity and support within the organization.
