The Health and Medical Care Unit is a wonderful team consisting of about 20 nurses and three nursing assistants. We are looking for a nurse who wants to be part of the municipal primary care and who wants to contribute to meeting citizens' needs for care and support in their homes, in our special accommodations, and residences with special services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want an exciting and varied job? The Health and Medical Care Unit in Klippan municipality is now looking for a new colleague.

The assignment includes planning and leading the work towards the individual patient, their relatives, and other people in the patient's network. You will make medical assessments and treatment and care interventions, as well as follow up and document according to applicable legislation. You will work to guide and delegate health and medical care interventions to other professionals and are good at collaborating both within your own operation and with other actors. You will have scheduled visits and planned interventions, but there will also be urgent tasks that may require you to rearrange your work. You will have cheerful and experienced colleagues in a driven and secure group, where we share our knowledge and support each other. We offer you a broad assignment with freedom under responsibility, where you have the opportunity to make a difference. The work is scheduled Monday-Sunday (38.25 h), with a variation of evenings and daytime as well as every fourth weekend. We document in Lifecare and use existing quality registers.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse with a B driver's license. You are a secure and stable person, feel confident in your professional role, and have the ability to independently plan and prioritize your work. You are well aware of the importance of good communication with both colleagues and patients and communicate clearly. You need to appreciate being challenged by new working methods and tasks and see the opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in such a way that you can communicate with patients, relatives, and other staff, as well as document what the operation requires. Since the work involves digital documentation in the operational system, good computer skills are required.
