About the position

In the role of Service Manager, you will drive and develop an entire service department, combining operational responsibility with long-term business development and leading a team of experienced technicians. Here you will have the opportunity to influence the development of the business, ensure high quality, and contribute to satisfied customers and sustainable growth.

Your future responsibilities

As Service Manager, you are responsible for the overall service department and work with both operational management and strategic development. The responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the team and daily operations

  • Ensuring that routines and processes are followed throughout the department

  • Responsible for the work environment according to the Work Environment Act

  • Personnel responsibility, including recruitment, performance reviews, and competency planning

  • Driving business development and strategic projects

  • Maintaining customer relationships with both existing and new customers

  • Participating in bidding processes

  • Budget and result responsibility as well as monitoring of financial goals

  • Cross-functional collaboration with other parts of the organization

  • Delegating responsibilities and creating sustainable processes

The role suits both those with solid leadership experience and those with a strong interest and desire to grow in leadership, focusing on developing both the team and the business.

We are looking for someone who

You have a degree in HVAC engineering or equivalent experience, preferably combined with several years of leadership experience. You have documented experience in leading teams, driving projects, and making strategic decisions. Your personality and ability to engage, coach, and inspire the team are just as important as your technical skills.

Requirements

  • HVAC engineering degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a leadership role

  • Knowledge of work environment, project economics, and construction law

  • Proficient user of the Office suite

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good English

  • Driver's license
