We are now looking for new stars who want to work in customer service for Postnord at our office, TP Nordic Göteborg (Backa). This is a full-time position with a start date:

About the position

At Postnord, you will handle incoming calls where you analyze problems and quickly, engagingly, and pedagogically solve customers' issues. Your focus will be on answering and assisting Postnord's customers with their inquiries regarding, for example, package tracking, lost items, complaints, identification questions, and general inquiries about mail delivery. Through the job, you will have great opportunities to develop your skills in customer interaction, communicate pedagogically and concisely, work goal-oriented, and collaborate well with colleagues – perfect experiences to take with you in your backpack!

Opening hours:

Monday-Friday 08:00-18:15 (During holiday periods, the opening hours may be adjusted slightly, for example, extended to 20:00).
