TePe is now looking for a Group Financial Controller who will be operationally responsible for leading financial reporting. This includes ensuring quality, analyzing, and interpreting reported data from subsidiaries, as well as acting and following up on deviations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with current accounting regulations, tax regulations, and internal policies within the group.

The role is new, and you will build it in collaboration with the Group Accounting Manager, to whom you will also report. As Group Financial Controller, you will have a central role in TePe's finance team. TePe applies hybrid work – you will work from the beautiful headquarters in Malmö but have the opportunity to work from home a few days a week.

Main Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the group's Closing Flow: establishment, structure, and maintenance
• Monitor the accounting activities for dedicated subsidiaries (currently three) and support in accounting-related issues
• Drive the work to develop and implement TePe group's accounting manual
• Support M&A activities. Drive integration and onboarding of new subsidiaries. Drive implementation of group-wide ERP in relevant subsidiaries.
• Be responsible for internal control within the group and drive the group's development of internal control
• Drive the Continuous Improvement forum within Group Finance
• Continuously challenge and develop working methods from a long-term perspective

We believe you are the one we are looking for We are looking for someone with a degree in business administration or equivalent, and several years of experience in similar tasks.

You are confident in your skills but curious to learn more. The person we are looking for is solution-oriented and has a genuine interest in systems and how they can contribute to developing the business. You thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to a good climate by being unpretentious, structured, and communicative. If you have experience from international operations and/or experience from different types of companies, we see it as an advantage. The person we are looking for has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
