For the summer of 2026, several clinics are looking for junior doctor interns for placement at NÄL, Norra Älvsborg County Hospital, in Trollhättan and at Uddevalla Hospital.

Students from term 10 up to graduation work as junior doctors and are employed as medical students. To work as a temporary junior doctor before you have graduated, a special authorization from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required. If you have a medical degree, you will be employed as a junior doctor without a license.

Attach a study certificate indicating which term you are in/completed and how many credits you have earned so far. Alternatively, attach your medical degree if you have completed your education.
