Welcome to When Health Nossebro Rehab Clinic.

Here, five dedicated and experienced employees work in various professional categories such as occupational therapist, physiotherapists, and administrative staff.

The clinic is centrally located in the small, pleasant town of Nossebro in Essunga municipality. The clinic is located in the same building as the health center and the municipality's rehabilitation unit, with which we have a good and close collaboration. We also collaborate with the rehabilitation clinics in the nearby towns of Grästorp and Vara for work, professional development, and professional meetings.

About the job

Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The job also includes prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome you as a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and organized according to the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
