Närhälsan Lysekil health center is a medium-sized and dynamic workplace with 6600 registered patients.

Here, dedicated and competent staff such as district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, psychologists, and doctors work together. About the job

Your tasks at the health center cover a broad field and include the general medical area where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treating in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.

The work involves both acute and planned activities. You will work largely independently, triaging, treating, and following up with patients. We use a booking center, and patients you assess need a planned contact with a doctor will be booked there. The booking center is an efficient way of working that allows you to avoid searching for available times in doctors' calendars. You will have a structured workday without the stress of fully booked schedules, where each patient is assessed and booked at the right level.

About you

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks.

In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and willing to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and in-person visits at the clinic. We hope you have an interest in digitalization and business development. A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite relevant candidates for a phone interview. After that, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers - this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
