About us

Närhälsan Olskrokens Rehab Clinic is centrally located in Gothenburg.

The clinic is in close proximity to Närhälsan's health center with which we collaborate. The clinic has just over 20 employees consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff. We are a workgroup that enjoys working together and think it is important to have fun at work. We have regular internal training and practical training sessions.

New employees are offered a mentor for support at the start of their employment. In the workplace, we actively work on development projects to constantly improve our methods and best meet our customers' needs. About the job

Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as an occupational therapist include: reduced hand function, pain, neurology, cognitive impairment, and mental health issues. The work also involves prescribing aids and certificates for housing adaptations. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operations in a continuously ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed occupational therapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome you as a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you carry out with commitment and professionalism. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
