Your mission
Work to ensure that each user receives support, care, and service based on their needs and approved interventions. Your job is to enable individuals to live as good and independent lives as possible.

Your role includes assisting with personal care, supporting daily household tasks, shopping, activities, medication, and administrative tasks such as documenting in Lifecare.

You can work in the following areas:
Support and function (LSS) - housing with special services, personal assistance. Short-term accommodation for children and young people.

Formal qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. A language test may be required.
- Digital identification with Bank ID.
- A driver's license (B) is an advantage and a requirement in certain areas.
- A criminal record extract

Meritorious
- Previous experience of similar tasks.
- We prefer that you have completed or started education in care and nursing, children and leisure, or equivalent education.
- Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.

The employment
Temporary employment with varying degrees of employment. Your working hours may vary between day, evening, and weekend. Night and 24-hour shifts may also occur. The employment is currently placed at Support and Function within the Welfare and Labor Market Administration.
