In 2024, the team expanded with Alex, and now they want to grow further as they expand!

Here, you are offered a varied role where you get the chance to develop in areas that interest and motivate you. You will also enjoy great benefits such as generous wellness grants, flexible working hours, and fun activities with the team. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Data Analytics Consultant, you will create and maintain data solutions that enable Data Distillery's clients to make data-driven decisions and optimize their operations. You will have the chance to take a leading role in projects and help shape strategic decisions. They value your experience and insights and offer a workplace where you have the space to inspire and guide others while continuing to develop yourself. Depending on your strengths and interests, the role may include the following tasks:

  • Data analysis and solution design – in collaboration with the client, understand business needs, gather requirements, and design data solutions that meet their goals
  • Data integration – develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability
  • Data modeling – design and implement data models to support reporting and analytical requirements while ensuring that data is structured for optimal performance
  • Data visualization – create user-friendly dashboards and reports to help clients visualize and interpret data effectively
  • Client consultations – work closely with clients to provide guidance and support in the effective use of data solutions
WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone with an academic background in Industrial Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or similar, followed by a few years of work experience as a Data Engineer or in Business Intelligence. If your focus is more on Data Engineering/ETL development, we would like you to have experience with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, SQL Server, or Microsoft solutions like Fabric, Azure Synapse, or SSIS/SSAS. If you have worked more on the analytics side, experience with tools like PowerBI, Qlik, and Tableau is a plus, but we also appreciate experience in ETL development since consultants often take overall responsibility for clients and their solution environments. If you have knowledge of source data systems for ERP and CRM such as SAP, Salesforce, Visma, or similar, we see that as an advantage.

You have a strong interest in problem-solving and technology and are particularly passionate about the bridge between business and IT. You work to understand their needs in depth, both technically and organizationally, and thrive in a consulting role where relationship building and excellent customer service are always in focus. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To thrive in the role, we believe you recognize yourself in the following competencies:

  • Communicative and social – you are not afraid to reach out to new people and develop and grow in collaboration with others
  • Flexible – you see the value in adapting your work according to the client's wishes and requirements, and you have a positive attitude towards working on varied and changing projects
  • Curious and driven – you have a strong drive to be challenged and to develop
  • Independent – you are used to driving your work forward and have good self-leadership

Does this role sound like something for you? We warmly welcome your application!
