IT Technician Wanted for IT Team in Stockholm

We are now looking for an IT technician for an assignment with our client's operations team. You will focus on the shared server and network environment, as well as the management of application and system operations.

Responsibilities

You will focus on the shared server and network environment, as well as the management of application and system operations. You will work with Microsoft solutions and network infrastructure, including systems such as SQL, Exchange, Hyper-V, and SAN. The client's work environment is varied, with both on-premises servers in their own facilities and at third-party providers, where the environment is primarily Microsoft-based.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To thrive in the role of an experienced IT technician, we believe you are social, engaged, and helpful, both in customer meetings, in contact with other stakeholders, and in collaboration with colleagues. It is also important that you are structured, meticulous, and have a strong self-motivation as well as the ability to explain complex technology in a simple way.

• Relevant post-secondary education
• At least five years of experience as an IT technician or in a similar role
• Experience in installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows server environments
• Knowledge in virtualization, storage, and backup
• Basic understanding of networks, switches, routing, and firewalls
• Experience with various Microsoft 365 services and products
