Support Technicians Wanted

We are looking for engaged support technicians for several of our clients. Have you previously worked for a year in IT or are you a recent graduate from high school with experience from an IT internship and now ready to enter the workforce? Are you service-oriented, enjoy being social at work, and have a strong interest in IT, computers, and networks? Then you are of great interest to us!

Job Responsibilities

You will take on the role of first line support technician together with a team. As a support technician, you will work with both email and phone communication. The role also includes registering and receiving incoming cases in a case management system. You will, among other things, manage users in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 and provide support via remote access.

Your Profile and Qualifications

As a person, we see that you are social, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in technology. You are self-driven and take your own initiatives and want to constantly develop. You are motivated by providing good service and have strong communication skills. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in practical IT support
• Completed IT high school or courses in IT
• Good sense of service
• Good technical knowledge
