At Unik Resurs, we are now looking for a driven and committed Logistics Administrator for our client in Lund. As part of the client's team, you will work with 24-hour emergency services within the Integrated Network Europe area, where you will lead express deliveries to customers facing urgent issues at their facilities. Here, you will have the chance to ensure the best logistical solutions in the shortest possible time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your tasks include:

• Coordinating express deliveries to distribution centers, market companies, and end customers.
• Responsible for invoicing and handling relevant export documents.
• Evaluating alternatives in case of material shortages.
• Ensuring timely transportation.
• Working closely with warehouse staff and transport companies to find the best solutions for the customer.

Your Profile

Qualifications:

• Education in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in sea and/or air freight.
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to handle conflicts and a strong desire to understand customer needs.

• Analytical and solution-oriented.
• Calm, flexible, and stress-resistant.
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
