In this role, you will have a central position in the work with requirements management and verification reporting for advanced products within the defense and security sector.

The section is responsible for overall support and guidance in the management of product requirements. Together with product management, the group compiles requirement specifications for stakeholders and administers changes. The group consists of about ten people, and you will be an important part of the collaboration with both internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements in a database environment (e.g., IBM DOORS or similar).
• Develop and update requirement specifications.
• Manage verification information for product, airworthiness, and contractual requirements.
• Develop methods for reporting verification results internally and externally.
• Support the organization in requirement-related issues.
• Communicate with both customers and authorities.

As a consultant in this role, you are expected to be proactive, take initiative, and contribute to a positive team spirit.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in similar roles (Level 3).
• Experience in requirements management and working in databases.
• Experience in systems development work.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations (may require Swedish citizenship).
