About the Role: -

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical test engineer for our global technology company that develops products used worldwide. At our northern R&D and production facility, a dedicated team works to improve and further develop an established product portfolio. With us, innovation meets quality, and you become part of a company recognized for its work with lean and continuous improvements.

As a test engineer, you ensure that the products meet high standards and correspond to user needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Planning and follow-up of validations and tests with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Responsible for the test lab and its equipment.
• Independently perform tests such as load testing, power measurements, lifetime testing, and evaluation of electronics and software.
• Document test results and contribute to improvement work in product development projects.

Qualifications:-

• Technical engineering degree (e.g., mechanical, electronics, or similar).
• Several years of experience from the industry, preferably in project form.
• Experience in improvement work and structured working methods.
• Self-driven, analytical, and practical.
• Good communication skills and experience working in international environments.

Meritorious:-

• Experience in testing and validation within process or production-related environments.
• Knowledge in quality assurance, test automation, or lifetime testing.
• Understanding of electronics and software testing.
• Interest in lean, continuous improvements, and data-driven decisions.

Additional Information

• Location: at the client, at least 3–4 days per week.
• Scope: 100%, ongoing selection.
• Competencies: Process and Production Engineering, Quality Assurance, Test and Validation, Test Engineering.
