Qflow Group was formed from an idea to gather the best companies in a common network to create better flow in projects within the construction and civil engineering sector. Since its inception in 2022, Qflow has grown rapidly and now consists of 25 companies, approximately 875 employees, and a turnover of about 1.65 billion SEK.

We are now looking for a Group Financial Controller who wants to join the growth journey and develop together with the group. Here you will have a broad and operational role in an expanding company where you work closely with the Head of Group Finance and support the group's accounting and financial management.

About the role In this role, you will have a key position where your primary focus is to contribute to a high quality in the group's financial reporting and analyses. You will be part of an engaged team with great opportunities to influence and help shape both your own role and Qflow's future processes.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reporting for the parent company and a subsidiary
• Participation in the budget and forecasting process
• Consolidation work and quality assurance of financial reports
• Monitoring and analysis of the subsidiaries' results and financial position
• Participation in the annual report process
• Contributing to improvement projects related to structure and routines

Who are you? To thrive and succeed in this role, you have an academic degree in finance and several years of experience in qualified accounting work. The person we are looking for also has experience in group accounting and consolidation. If you have also worked with Cognos and/or IFRS, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a person, you are analytical, meticulous, and structured, but also service-oriented and relationship-focused. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are curious and pedagogical in your way of collaborating with the group's various companies.
