Our reception assignments are always scheduled during the day.

As a receptionist, you will be the face of the company and an important part of creating a welcoming environment.

Your tasks may include:

• Welcoming and receiving customers/patients
• Managing bookings, orders, and supplier contacts
• Handling mail, deliveries, and invoices
• Working administratively in business and booking systems
• Being a “mood manager” and contributing to the well-being of patients and staff

The most important thing in the role is that the reception always feels professional, welcoming, and pleasant!

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about service and enjoys delivering quality
• Is social, outgoing, and has an easy time connecting with people
• Has a positive attitude, is humble, flexible, and unpretentious – a true role model
• Enjoys working in a team and wants to develop continuously
• Has another main occupation, such as studies or another job
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
