We are now looking for a driven Consultant Manager who wants to be a key player in our continued growth journey.

As a Consultant Manager at VårdIx, you will have a central role where you are responsible for matching healthcare professionals with the right assignments and ensuring high quality and good relationships with both consultants and clients. Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and retain healthcare professionals who work as consultants with us.
• Match consultants with the right assignments and ensure a smooth staffing process.
• Maintain and develop relationships with our clients, including hospitals and health centers.
• Be responsible for personnel administration, including scheduling and ongoing follow-up.
• Contribute to developing internal routines and processes to ensure the highest quality.
• Be an important contact person for both consultants and clients.

Your profile:

• Experience in personnel responsibility or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to handle many parallel tasks.
• A social and relationship-building personality with a high level of service.
• Driving license B is a requirement.

It is advantageous if you have experience in staffing within healthcare, knowledge of scheduling, or have worked in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
