About us

Hotell Skinnargården is a charming and homely hotel in Dalarna with the guest in focus. We are committed to providing great service and a memorable experience for our visitors. We are now looking for a telephone operator/receptionist who can help us maintain our service level, part-time and remotely.

About the role

As a telephone operator/receptionist, you will:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from our guests.

• Handle bookings and changes in our booking system.

• Provide information about the hotel’s services and answer questions.

• Communicate with the hotel staff on-site when necessary.

The work is entirely remote, giving you the freedom to work from wherever you like.

Scope

• Flexible and selectable working hours.

• Approximately 5–10 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented and has a professional demeanor.

• Has good telephone and computer skills.

• Can communicate clearly and effectively in Swedish and English.

• Has the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.

Meritorious

• Experience in similar work or the hotel industry.

• Knowledge of booking systems or other administrative tools.
