About the Role

As a salesperson with us, you will:

• Contact and build relationships with customers.

• Sell subscriptions and consulting services.

• Work towards clear goals and develop your sales skills.

You will work on a commission basis, but we also have a clear career ladder that rewards performance. For the right person, there are great opportunities to develop within the company and take on new responsibilities.

What We Offer:

• Commission-Based Income: starting from 10% on completed consulting projects and subscription sales. (The size of the commission is based on your previous knowledge and experience)

• Bonuses and Incentives:

• At 75,000 SEK in subscription sales/month: 5,000 SEK bonus.

• At 150,000 SEK: 10,000 SEK bonus.

• At 250,000 SEK: 15,000 SEK bonus.

• Clear Career Ladder:

• At 75,000 SEK in monthly subscription sales: Fixed salary of 5,000 SEK + commission.

• At 150,000 SEK: Fixed salary of 10,000 SEK + commission.

• At 250,000 SEK: Fixed salary of 15,000 SEK + commission.

• At 500,000 SEK: Permanent employment with benefits such as a company car, wellness allowance, health and dental insurance, national card, and 30 days of vacation.

• At 1,000,000 SEK: Opportunity to become a sales manager with a competitive salary and benefits.
