About the job

You will combine your skills, passion, customer focus, and positive mindset to enhance service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the company. Your daily work will include tasks such as:

• Assisting customers on an e-commerce platform using multiple channels assigned based on need (incoming phone calls, emails, and chat)
• Identifying customer inquiries, handling complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, guiding customers within deadlines
• Using guides and protocols provided during training to ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing professional customer support
• Collaborating with other agents or teams on more complex cases

Your qualifications

• 💭 You speak and write Swedish at B2 or C1 level and can communicate in English (B1).
• 🎓 Experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement.
• 💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer skills.
• 💪🏻 Excellent problem-solving ability with the capability to research and identify the right information.
• 🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and detail-oriented.
