About the position:

We are looking for someone who wants to sell to businesses during office hours. Experience in sales is a plus but not a requirement as we work with sales coaching and professional/personal development within the company. The position is completely remote and you will work during office hours. We are a solid company with many repeat customers. The campaign has engaged over 260,000 businesses over the years and with over 30 years of experience in the market, we continue to be a strong voice for children's safety.

Responsibilities:

• Contact businesses by phone and take full responsibility for the sales cycle from start to finish
• Build relationships with customers and nurture existing relationships

Bonus if you have:

• An interest in social benefit and traffic safety
• Goal-oriented and a natural problem solver
• Calm and easy to build trust
• Previous experience in preschool, school, or childcare
• Previous sales experience (not required)
• Comfortable using the phone

Requirements:

• Computer
• Stable internet connection

• Headset
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Basic computer skills

Attractive salary structure, with no cap! We offer generous commission levels of 10-20% on each order amount, which means you can quickly see your sales efforts pay off! Our salespeople have an average salary of 200 SEK per hour and upwards.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 12:00. But we don't stop there! We also give you the chance to extend your workday if you wish, with the flexibility to work more hours beyond the specified time.
