Work Supply is seeking, on behalf of our client, a service-oriented and dedicated customer service representative for an exciting role with varied tasks.

About the role:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding service and enjoys having a broad role where you assist both customers and internal teams. You will be an important part of the organization and will work in a dynamic environment where your ability to handle various tasks will be appreciated.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling orders and complaints.
• Support for both B2B and B2C customers.
• Support for the internal sales organization.
• Responding to phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
• Assisting in the daily work in the showroom and at the office.
• Performing various ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

· Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

· Previous experience in customer service

· Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Good computer skills and experience working with CRM systems
